Delivery times are generally next working day from date of dispatch, but please allow up to 2 working days for successful delivery from notification.

Most items can be successfully delivered within 5 working days (excluding special order items), in the unlikely event that an item may take longer you will be contacted by our sales team.

Our website now contains over 1450 products and has been cataloged using individual manufacturer's product codes, so for quick and easy searching, if you know what product you are looking for and you know the exact manufacturer's code/item number, enter it in the "FIND" field above and press "GO" and if the product is in our database it will take you straight to it.
Shipping Methods

We have a versatile range of courier services availiable to you and with reasonable delivery costs for the products we sell, we can ensure that your goods are looked after every step of the way to you.We aim to get your items dispatched and packed securely to you as quickly as possible, and to help us do this we use 2 main types of dispatch methods, These are listed below for your information :-

APC OVERNIGHT SERVICE

This is where the majority of orders are sent, we send them out via APC couriers so they are sorted overnight and generally delivered the next working day from date of dispatch to your delivery address, however please always allow up to 3 working days from date of dispatch for deliveries to account for any courier issues, they require a signature from a recipient to allow successful and safe delivery and if any special requirements are needed i.e. to be left somewhere, please inform when purchasing.Please be assured that you will be notified if delivery is going to take any longer than this.These orders can be tracked at all times just call us if you need assistance on 01634 712816 or 0208 144 3733.

 

ROYAL MAIL STANDARD PARCELS

We use Royal Mail for all our small/light items such as cistern levers & wastes, these are sent through the network and generally take up to 7 working days. These unlike the above generally do not need a signature from the postman and can be delivered straight to your door.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU LIVE ABOVE THE GLASGOW/EDINBURGH CORRIDOR, OR ANY OFFSHORE MAINLAND UK ADDRESS (i.e. Isle of Man, Jersey, Isle of Wight etc) YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US ON 01634 712816 TO ARRANGE FURTHER POSTAGE PAYMENT, AS COURIER COSTS TO THESE AREAS ARE MORE THAN THE STANDARD RATE. ITEMS WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNLESS FURTHER PAYMENT AND CONTACT IS MADE.
