Delivery times are generally next working day from date of dispatch, but please allow up to 2 working days for successful delivery from notification.

The timeframe for items to be successfully delivered to you is 5 working days this includes from ordering to getting to you(excluding special order items), in the unlikely event that an item may take longer you will be contacted by our sales team.

FAQ's

How long will it take to recieve my order?

We generally aim to get items to you with 3-5 working days of placing the order, in the event that an item is going to take longer, we will contact you via telephone to discuss.

What are your delivery times?

We use courier services that operate delivery times between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday, if a Saturday delivery is required, this can be arranged, However, there is a surcharge for Saturday service.

I wish to place an order but am working all week, what do i need to do?

No problem, we can arrange for your order to be sent to your work or alternative (neighbour,family member) address, please make this clear when ordering to avoid any confusion, once an order has been dispatched it can be difficult to change addresses and obviously hold up your delivery, so if needed to go to your work address, just let us know.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards through our online payment systems of PayPal and Google Checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us on 01634 712816 to pay via Credit/Debit card and speak to one of our sales team.

I do not have a Paypal or Google account does this matter?

No, not at all, you do not need to have any accounts to pay through our website, Paypal and Google simply process your order securely and safely and once your card details have been entered and you confirm your order, it is complete, it takes 3 easy steps.

Are my details stored on a database?

Your order details such as purchase, name, address contact details are stored on our secure system for our reference and information, as we use Paypal and Google for our payment systems, to protect you, your card details are not passed on to us at any stage, so therefore giving you peace of mind in your purchase. If you contact via telephone, your details again are handled in a secure and safe manner and are not passed on to any third parties.

I have not recieved my order after i have recieved confirmation of dispatch, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in the given time, please contact us in the first instance and we shall contact the courier services to get an up to date tracking of your delivery, we can also provide you with your local depot contact details and tracking references if required.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery to the UK mainland on all orders that total £100 or more. If your order is below the free delivery, then delivery is calculated at the checkout, and all items listed on the site display there individual delivery costs.

Why do some of your items cost more to send than others?

Simply, due to the nature of the products we sell and courier policy, items are calculated on weight so therefore a heavier bulky items (i.e. Showers,Mirrors,Cabinets) will cost more than small less weighty items (i.e Controls,Taps etc).

I live offshore, why does it cost me more to receive my goods?

Again, this is down to courier policy and location, unfortunately any order that needs to leave mainland UK is subject to air,sea fees and therefore delivery costs are increased slightly, if you live offshore mainland UK, please contact us before purchasing so we can get exact delivery costs to you, as the checkout does not calculate this due to courier policy.

How will my order be delivered?

We currently use 2 methods of delivery, for small less weighty items we use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and for the bulk of our products we use APC Courier Service for safe,trackable and insured delivery.

I have recieved my order and my item was fragile and is damaged what do i do?

This is no problem, please contact us straight away and we will arrange to deal with the enquiry effciently, whilst all methods are taken to ensure your items are delivered safely, sometimes things can go wrong, but can always be put right.Please be assured all items sent are covered by courier insurance policy.
